Faith Lutheran Church is a church family committed to the authority of the Bible as the inspired Word of God. In keeping with the Lutheran Confessions, we believe all doctrines should and must be judged by the teaching of Scripture.
CHRIST-CENTERED
We confess the apostolic faith in Jesus Christ according to the Holy Scripture. We arm the authority of the Scriptures as the authoritative source and norm, “according to which all doctrines should and must be judged” (Formula of Concord).
MISSION-DRIVEN
We believe that the mission of the Church is to preach the Gospel and to make disciples for Christ. We believe that making disciples - in our congregation, communities, nations, and worldwide - must be a priority in the church in the present age.
TRADITIONALLY GROUNDED
We arm the authority of the Bible as the inspired word of God and the Lutheran Confessions as a faithful interpretation of Scripture.
● We believe in the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ alone, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification.
● We are committed ot the tradition of worship, including liturgical worship, the sacraments of baptism and holy communion, and the proclamation of God’s Word.
● We strive to live out our faith in service to others, both within our local congregation and in the world, through missions and evangelism.
